this is the way my bro did it hope it helps hes 200m xp in rcing
1st step: go to ::skillers
2nd step: go to obli ( he's the dude by the bank) and buy some essence around 3000 to 4000
3rd step: go to edgeville
You can get to edgeville by going to pk teleport and clicking edgeville ( this is where u will bank) get full inv of essence
4th step: go to the zamorak mage
He's located north of edgeville in the wild by the water
once you are in the abyss go north untill you see the eyes
once there u go to the air alter (loacated south east)
once your in it craft the essence
you should be 44+ rune crafting
now teleport back to edgeville and get more essence
repeat step 4 but this time go to the nature alter
located right in front you when u spawn in it
repeat natures till 99 its the fastest way to 99
