Clue scrolls, also known as Treasure Trails, are an easy and fun way to make
$money$ or collect rare items.
Clue scrolls have
three levels of awesomeness:
-> Level 1 clue scrolls are dropped by low level monsters like rock crabs. The reward is one uncommon item.
-> Level 2 clue scrolls are dropped by medium level monsters like green dragons. The reward is two rare items.
-> Level 3 clue scrolls are dropped by high level Bosses in DemesticPK. The reward is three extremely rare items.
Q.
How do I know what level my clue scroll is?A. Well, when you click read on the clue scroll, the Level of the clue scroll and it's coordinates appear in the chatbox.
To start a Treasure Trail and guide your way to riches, you will need:-
a clue scroll, obviously.

a spade, which can be bought from Herquin at home.
-
an Amulet of Glory(4), to teleport to places like Draynor Village, which can be bought from Giles at home.
*some clue scrolls require you to go to Yanille. I suggest buying a Games Necklace, which can be bought from Giles at home.
Okay, so now you have your gear, we can get started.
Clue Scroll Map Digsite LocationsTo find your specific Clue Scroll Map, type Ctrl + F, then type in the ID of the item****item IDs can be found by right clicking the object, the ID is to the right of the Examine option.
VarrokVarrok Mine (3520)to get to Varrok Mine, walk to the East side of Varrok, then turn and walk South.
FaladorFalador Rocks (3598)to get to the Falador Rocks, City teleport to Falador, walk North, then turn and walk East along the Wall outside of Falador.
Falador Statue (3518)to get to the Falador Statue, City teleport to Falador, and walk directly North.
RimmingtonRimmington House (3524)to get to the house in Rimmington, City teleport to Falador, exit Falador through the South Entrance, continue to travel South-west, between the mining areas, until you reach Rimmington.
Hobb Goblin Penninsula (7290)to get to the Hobb Goblin Penninsula, follow the same route to the Rimmington House, then walk North. This place is East of the Crafting Guild.
Draynor VillageDraynor Fishing Spot (2827)to get to the Draynor Fishing Spot, rub your amulet of Glory, teleport to Draynor, and walk behind the bank, past the Willow Trees, until you see a cluster of rocks.
Wizard Tower (2829)to get to the Wizard Tower, rub your Amulet of Glory, teleport to Draynor, follow the path South, cross the bridge, and you're there.
YanilleYanille Blacksmith* (7239)to get to the Yanille Blacksmith, rub your Games Necklace, teleport to Yanille, then walk behind the house with the anvil.
MiscellaneousMiscellaneous Paths(7236)to get to the Miscellaneous Paths, click on the white portal at home, and go to the skilling area. Walk West, cross the bridge, and you'll see the intersection.
ArdougneLegend's Guild(7286)to get to the picnic tables at the Legend's Guild, teleport to Ardougne then walk East.
**West Ardougne**(7292)to get to West Ardougne, teleport to Ardougne and walk West. Continue on behind the castle, and you'll see a wall.
West Ardougne's gate is currently not working, so what I did was, I got a friend. Walk South along the wall until you see a corner. Have your friend stand on the other side of the corner, and click follow. You should run straight through the wall, but make sure you click on the ground while inside West Ardougne!
Chaos Altar(3602)to get to the Chaos Altar, teleport to Ardougne, and run South. Once outside of the city, turn and run West. Keep running, past the Gnome Battlefields, across the river, until you see the Chaos Altar.
CamelotRanger's Guild(3525)to get to the Ranger's Guild, teleport to Camelot, then run South. Behind the Ranging Guild is a group of Magic Trees.
McGreggor's Church(3599)to get to McGreggor's Church, teleport to Camelot, and run West. Keep going West, along the side of a gated forest. When the gate turns North, run North to the Church.
When you have completed a Treasure Trail, you will get a casket in your inventory.
Open your casket, and a scroll like this should open up.
